Join us to celebrate C.H. Hook’s newest release “Can’t Shake the Dust”. He will be in conversation with local author Taylor Brown.
This event is located at E. Shaver Starland (The Gingerbread house) at 1921 Bull St.
Only books bought through E. Shaver or at the event will be signed. Free tickets are available as well as paid for tickets that include a signed copy of the book. Beverages will be available for purchase at the bar located in the Gingerbread house.
C.H. Hooks is the author of the novels "Can't Shake the Dust" and "Alligator Zoo-Park Magic". His work has appeared in print and online publications including: The Los Angeles Review, American Short Fiction, Four Way Review, The Tampa Review, The Bitter Southerner, and Burrow Press.
Taylor Brown grew up on the Georgia coast. His work has appeared in a wide range of publications. He is the recipient of a Montana Prize in Fiction, a three-time finalist for the Southern Book Prize, and was named the 2021 Georgia Author of the Year. He is also the author of his latest release "Rednecks". Brown will be in conversation with Hooks for the book talk.
